In contrast to the eyes, however, the nose and mouth fades in comparison, and this is a shame as the viewer's eyes would like to move from the gorgeous eyes onwards over her face. So a subtle further detailing of the rest of the face would add greatly to the piece.
I would like to comment on the bust, too, as the Pamela Anderson-size boobs are very disruptive of the delicacy of the piece, and somewhat counterbalances the anatomy slightly.
Her ears, also, as I would judge them to be placed a bit to close to the face. Ears, in sideview are placed in the exact middle of the head, and I would say that they are slightly off in this 3/4 view.
The last thing to mention would be the background. I do not agree with the first critique, as I belive that it is is perfectly detailed for a background, but I would suggest that the clouds were not compositioned pencil-straight, creating stiffness in the picture. Rather, it would give it more dynamics if the clouds to the right of her head were slightly lower, following the general top-left to bottom-right diagonal of the piece.
Your watercolor technique is absolutely superb. You also have a fantastic grasp on detail, texture and clothes design and your folds are pretty well done as well. The flower in the corner really contrasts with subject and makes the picture even more beautiful. Your eyes are hair is absolutely amazing. You did an excellent job on skin and shading.
Suggestions
The only thing I could say is work a bit on backgrounds, you have backgrounds down very well~! Just maybe make them a bit more detailed?
