Yes, I think it is fantastic and unique. 
I really love how you made this piece. My favourite part is how the left and right side are not the same but still flow really well together. The eye make-up and eye colour really pop. I like your designs in the corners and especially on her face. It is obvious this took a lot of work and you did a superb job at it too.
Suggestions:
The way you have the hair is a great touch, maybe on the left make it sort of have the same technique as the hair. It would really make the piece look well balanced and coordinated
